Stop & Pivot

I always feel a little 'stuck' when I am about to make a shift. Perhaps I am not stuck after all, and I am just stopping. Stop & Pivot is a very effective tool in the coaching world.

Stopping allows us the time to accept where we are and where we are going, as well as accept what we need to do and recognize what we truly have to offer. Only after acceptance can we move forward into action.

I've been in #analysisparalysis with blogging the past couple days, and it is because I see the need to make a shift. I know I just started writing everyday, and having missed a few days now I feel the pressure to 'get on it'. It's solely pressure I put on myself.

I've always felt a pull to make this space meaningful, and in contribution. Up until now, I have been using it as a space of self reflection. One woman's journey in self expression. A space to share my own experiences and thoughts. There is nothing wrong with that, it still matters. My personal journey will still be an integral part of how I write, but the why is finally starting to show up.

Funny how that goes.

If you have a wardrobe related issue (you can think fashion, style or image), I would love to hear about it. Perhaps it is something that keeps coming up for you over and over again, day after day, time after time... Think about when you are getting dressed in the morning, when you are shopping, when you are washing your clothes, or just going about your day, you name it. In addition to sharing my personal journey, I want to help you find answers to these daily annoyances.

Share your wardrobe ticks with me below, and I will help you find a solution.
